Exhibition: Hatti Pattisson
Wednesday 11th - Saturday 14th July, Exhibition launch: Tuesday 10th July, 6pm
Daily from 10am - 5pm, closes at 4pm on Saturday 14th July
A collection of land and seascapes of views in Scotland. Some are created through memory and Hatti’s imagination which slip into a more dreamlike genre where the subject is more focused on the sensation of experiencing a place. Expect to see a fusion of highly textured and free flowing works all depicting the artist’s relationship with Scotland’s landscape and coastline.
Out of the Blue Drill Hall based Scottish artist Hatti Pattisson has been creating expressive, emotive land and seascapes for over fifteen years. Born and raised in the East Neuk of Fife and now living in Edinburgh, the spaces and places around her have always inspired her. Hatti’s work explores three key themes – floral, landscape and seascape, each an expression of her relationship to her surroundings, thoughts, memories and emotions.
