Learn how to make your own sweet treats, biscuits, scones & simple cakes.
This workshop is for those who haven’t baked before or have only done a very little. We’ll work through tried and tested recipes and teach you the fundamental principals of baking so next time you can do it in your own home with confidence.
What we make depends on the season as we try to make use of what’s available and good to eat now but as a guide we’ll be making 2 out of a choice of sponge/ biscuit/ soda bake (scones or soda bread)/ pastry bake.
Aprons, materials and refreshments are all provided. We have tubs for you to take your creations home with you but bring your own if you like.
