Join Drill Hall artist Graeme Walker for a free taster session ahead of his brand new painting workshops
A free taster for Graeme’s new series of classes, designed to enable, engage, excite and promote experiments in painting in acrylics AND to unlock artistic potential.
Classes will explore
- How to look at and analyse paintings by established masters of the art
- How to use brushes, prepare paper and handle paint
- Colour theory in relation to paint mixing
- The importance of form and structure
- Tonality
- Applying washes, building layers and working wet in wet
- Developing ideas
No previous experience is necessary.
