Asset Based Mapping Project
Mon 1st - Thu 4th July 2013
10am - 5pm
The 4 maps are the creation by the young people of North Edinburgh. The Junction led the project and delivered an Asset-based approach capturing the positives and strengths from young people involved.
The Junction in partnership with NEAIC (North Edinburgh Alcohol Initiative Collaborative) under took 4 weeks of streetwork interviewing young people from Muirhouse, Granton, Pilton, Greater Pilton and Leith collating information and connecting young people with where they live, socialise and feel safe.
The maps were individually created by young service users between the age of 12-18 at The Junction, Muirhouse Youth Development Group, Pilton Youth and Chidrens Project and Granton Youth Centre.
