Replicate a perfect pattern for your favourite garment with Remode Collective

Do you have a beloved item in your wardrobe that you wear until it’s practically threadbare because it’s just so perfect? Ever wished you could have an exact copy?

Well, now you can with Remode Collective! Join their small group class here at the Drill Hall where they’ll teach you the art of garment pattern cloning with expert guidance. By the end of the course, you’ll have a pattern ready to sew, and you’ll be armed with the knowledge to replicate your favorite pieces with ease.

Here’s what you’ll learn:

  • Practical measuring techniques
  • Step-by-step pattern creation from your cherished item
  • Thorough pattern checking
  • Preparing your pattern for seamless sewing

After this course, you could enjoy their Dressmaking courses to make your piece.

In order to keep the class focused on everyone’s personal needs, they are only taking on 3 students. The small workshop size ensures valuable one-to-one teacher and participant time, allowing maximum engagement and assistance.

All equipment and materials will be provided to make your pattern.

Our all year round activity helps create the culture of the city, supporting the local economy and having positive social impact for the thousands of individuals and organisations we work with.

We would humbly accept a financial donation, however small, in support of our work.
