Friday 18th April Freeze Frame cancelled
We are sorry to tell you that due to circumstances out of our control we have to cancel this Friday’s Freeze Frame Film Club. As it will now be light in our hall till late in the evenings Freeze Frame will return in September with a carefully selected programme of classic films you know and some gems you don’t.  Join our mailing list for full details and updates.

Out of the Blue presents Freeze Frame Film Club, a monthly classic film club at the Drill Hall.

Join us in the Drill Hall for an informal evening of flickering images drawn from classic old favourites.  Previous screenings have included ‘The Apartment’, ‘The Shop Around the Corner’, ‘Harold and Maude’ and ‘Roman Holiday’. Free popcorn and good company are guaranteed alongside the Cafe’s celluloid menu inspired by the films themselves!

For £12 you can enjoy a pre-show two course meal prepared by special guest chef.  Spaces are limited  so pre-booking is essential.  Give us a call on 0131 555 7100.

Over the course of 2024 Out of the Blue will continue to offer opportunities for artists and members of the community to learn, participate and earn income.

We use the space we have developed in 6 buildings in Edinburgh for studios, workshops, classes, projects, exhibitions, social enterprises, events, clubs, music making, markets, a cafe and more.

Our all year round activity helps create the culture of the city, supporting the local economy and having positive social impact for the thousands of individuals and organisations we work with.

We would humbly accept a financial donation, however small, in support of our work.
