Impact Arts Craft Cafe Exhibition

10am - 5pm Monday - Saturday

The Craft Cafe provides a social and therapeutic space for residents and tenants of various Viewpoint homes to connect with family and friends in a supportive environment. The result is the emergence of two creative communities based at St Raphael’s care home in the Grange and Lennox House care home in Trinity.
To celebrate the work from both Cafes and bring these close knit communities together, we will be having an exhibition of the resident’s artwork.
Exhibition includes: drawings, prints, paintings and hand crafted pieces created by Craft Cafe members, volunteers and the resident artist. All work will be for sale, with proceeds going back into the project to fund materials and future events.

Craft Café is an inclusive arts and crafts experience set up by Impact Arts in partnership with Viewpoint Housing Association.

    Over the course of 2024 Out of the Blue will continue to offer opportunities for artists and members of the community to learn, participate and earn income.

    We use the space we have developed in 6 buildings in Edinburgh for studios, workshops, classes, projects, exhibitions, social enterprises, events, clubs, music making, markets, a cafe and more.

    Our all year round activity helps create the culture of the city, supporting the local economy and having positive social impact for the thousands of individuals and organisations we work with.

    We would humbly accept a financial donation, however small, in support of our work.
