A very happy new year from all at Out of the Blue. We hope to welcome you to the Out of the Blue Drill Hall often during January and throughout the year. Appropriately for the season of goodwill and merriment Wiff Waff Wednesday (14th) brings friendship first, competition second whilst combining music, great food and drink from the Drill Hall Arts Cafe. At Freeze Frame (16th), the creative cafe team are showing a classic soon-to-be-announced film and serving a special delicious pre film dinner, prepared by a top guest chef. Before the old year is out there is a Flea Market on Dec 27th and the first of 2015 on January 31stBruncheon (10th) features local musical talent and DJ’s creating a chilled out atmosphere alongside delicious home-made café food.

2015 at the OOTB Drill Hall will feature a cornucopia of classes and workshops including music, aerial, theatre, circus skills, and drama.

    Over the course of 2024 Out of the Blue will continue to offer opportunities for artists and members of the community to learn, participate and earn income.

    We use the space we have developed in 6 buildings in Edinburgh for studios, workshops, classes, projects, exhibitions, social enterprises, events, clubs, music making, markets, a cafe and more.

    Our all year round activity helps create the culture of the city, supporting the local economy and having positive social impact for the thousands of individuals and organisations we work with.

    We would humbly accept a financial donation, however small, in support of our work.
