The Out of the Blue Drill Hall cafe is so much more than a purveyor of delicious food to those who come to the drill hall from the local community and beyond. Over half the cafe staff are graduates of our training scheme which has been training and educating hundreds of young people and those needing support over the last 10 years. The cafe cooks up markets, cycle events, ping pong nights, music mornings and much more. It delivers food throughout Edinburgh and caters for events which benefit from the sweet taste of lovingly prepared food and support for a creative social enterprise. A recipe for success.
