Out of the Blueprint runs an inclusive training programme that supports young people aged 16 – 24, including those with additional needs, to develop their self confidence, work place skills and understanding of enterprise through studio training placements and enterprise workshops.
To this end we work with project partners that include the Thistle Foundation, Children’s and Adolescent Mental Health Service (NHS Lothian), Edinburgh College, and local youth agencies.
We have applied for some funding from the RBS Skills and Opportunities Fund to support 18 young people to undertake traineeships within the studio, and a further 24 young people to undertake creative enterprise workshops.
