Precious Metals Workshop Annual Exhibition

Exhibition Launch – Friday 5th July 5.30pm – 9pm

The annual Precious Metals Workshop Summer Exhibition, featuring work new and old, from its jewellers and silversmiths.

The exhibition showcases work from past resident jewellers as well as students from the evening and day classes. Also featuring work from graduate in residence, Jane Harrison. All work on show will either be for sale or commissioned for reproductions.

This year’s exhibition will feature work by Ian Nicholson, Kathryn Hinton, Kirsty Eaglesfield, Heather Woof, Ian Combe, Joanne Garner, Jenny Laidlaw, Catherine Nuttall, Todd Zonderman, Henrietta Lidchi, Louise Macmanus, Gillie Welstead, Hilda Toothill, Joanna Reaves, Christelle Adam, Hannah Eccles and Stephanie Gilbert.

The Precious Metals Workshop is based at the Out of the Blue Drill Hall where they offer a range of classes and workshops as well as studio membership.

    Over the course of 2024 Out of the Blue will continue to offer opportunities for artists and members of the community to learn, participate and earn income.

    We use the space we have developed in 6 buildings in Edinburgh for studios, workshops, classes, projects, exhibitions, social enterprises, events, clubs, music making, markets, a cafe and more.

    Our all year round activity helps create the culture of the city, supporting the local economy and having positive social impact for the thousands of individuals and organisations we work with.
