Shared studio spaces available at Out of the Blue Abbeymount Studios

20th April 2017

Out of the Blue Abbeymount Studios is an exciting new creative space for artists with access to shared facilities located at the top of Easter Road.

Our workshop spaces offer woodwork, ceramics, textiles, and screen printing facilities with a variety of tools and spacious working areas. Other art forms are welcome too.

In our co-working spaces each resident artist has desk space to work from and to store materials.
Resident artists pay a monthly fee and will have access to each workshop following an induction.
The monthly fee varies, starting from £124.50 and going up to £244 (including service charge).

You are invited to one of our 30 minutes viewings on Tuesdays at 2pm and Wednesdays at 5pm

Come along for a chance to view our new building and what could be your new work space!

Please let us know you are coming on this form.

Over the course of 2024 Out of the Blue will continue to offer opportunities for artists and members of the community to learn, participate and earn income.

We use the space we have developed in 6 buildings in Edinburgh for studios, workshops, classes, projects, exhibitions, social enterprises, events, clubs, music making, markets, a cafe and more.

Our all year round activity helps create the culture of the city, supporting the local economy and having positive social impact for the thousands of individuals and organisations we work with.

We would humbly accept a financial donation, however small, in support of our work.
