Throughout our 30-year history we’ve seen many Adventures grow into Ventures bringing creative visions to life. Central to our work has been the development of the Drill Hall, the Bongo Club, the Drill Hall Arts Cafe, Abbeymount Studios and Out of the Blueprint. As a creative development organisation, Out of the Blue will continue to build on our expertise and develop new Ventures.

The heart of the Drill Hall, the cafe is the ideal spot to relax and unwind. Also offering event and corporate catering.
The centre for making, creating and design in Edinburgh. Our residents also offer a wide range of classes and workshops.
Out of the Blueprint is a social enterprise and offers an affordable and eco-friendly print service, with a particular focus on supporting under 25s.
Pushing the boundaries of the Edinburgh scene since 1996, it’s a nightclub, live venue and all-round artistic hub.
