Come and try aerial dance with All or Nothing this summer!


These taster classes will cover a warm-up, getting safely on and off static trapeze and aerial silks, plus a few tricks and poses to get some photos. 


You'll finish with a cool down stretch, and hopefully leave you wanting more just before the new term of Beginners classes begin later in August!
